The world keeps us so busy that it becomes relatively easy to feel overwhelmed.

We can be surrounded by people yet, feel so Lonely and unheard.
In times of need, remember that God said:I am with you always, until the end of the age.”
Remember that God is the only being that understands you better than yourself and that knows exactly what you need even if you don't know it yourself.
You are never alone, nor unheard and can always be understood, if you are willing of course.
Simply talk to God, you can as follow:
Dear Lord, you are the only one that understands me, you know what my situation is, take control of my life, fix what is bothering me and guide me to a peaceful daily life, I trust you. Amen.
