Why only few succeed?

Matthew 7:25‭-‬26 CSB

The rain fell, the rivers rose, and the winds blew and pounded that house. Yet it didn’t collapse, because its foundation was on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and doesn’t act on them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand.

Why only few succeed?

Do you know the difference between working hard and working smart?

Working hard means doing everything in your power while working smart means doing the most of what you have, where you are and what you know, being wise and effective.

In other words if you work hard foolishly it's just as bad as not working at all meanwhile working smart makes you put your hardwork where it should so you get results. 

It saves time and avoids being ineffective and disappointed.

It's important to think before doing or saying anything we're only given so much time a day and in our lifetime, why waist it?

The above scripture teaches that a solid foundation is what makes us successful, whereas a weak foundation leads to failure.

Because I'm a Christian I'd add a Solid foundation in Christianity is the path to success.

When I was not interested in living a Christian life about a decade ago , my life was all about working hard foolishly but when I became a devoted Christian, about a decade ago , my life has been all about working smart it's something God makes you realize rather quickly.

I wish I knew all this sooner. I would of avoided pain and mistakes that almost cost me my life.

I encourage you not to do as I did and to give God a chance to show you the success you'll enjoy by his side.
