You know dear friends, there are so many people whom are in our lives in one way or another and are unhappy for reasons totally unrelated to us.

We have no responsibility whatsoever in their bitter unhappiness yet, we can become their victim in one way, shape or form.

Unhappy people usually like to make others unhappy.

Don't let their bad behaviours, bad actions and the sour taste of how they see life rub off on you.

Stay authentic and be good to yourself . Walk away from them, stay away from uncomfortable conversations and avoid confrontations.

Start Fresh each day with the firm intention to not allow anything outside yourself to control how you live your life.

Be a happy cheerleader and do your thing.
