Don’t let your anger control you, and don’t let your body lead you to sin. People do foolish things in the dawn of life while they are young.

Be Poised!

Emotions are often so strong that they overwhelm us, however, because feelings are irrational and therefore after they pass, we often see more clearly.

For this reason, we shall not let our decision be led by our feelings nor make decisions or take important actions in moments of emotional crisis this way we avoid the regrets that come from those incidents.

Let us be wise enough to learn self control, managing our feelings and reflecting on the root of what caused them in order to trigger proper course of action will be more effective.

Impulsive behavior is never the best way to handle situations rather, poised and thought actions have positive and lasting results.
