The Power of Focus


When I was in high school and even elementary school all the teachers had the same speech, we had to be focused to succeed and not fail the academic year.

Throughout our lives this principle still applies.

If you are driving on the highway, one second of distraction can cost your life, the passengers in your car along with the lives of the ones driving around you.

When you are talking with someone and get distracted, you can miss out the point they are attempting to make.

The power of focus lies in your ability to follow an objective regardless of the path leading to it,despite circumstance arising.

Our lives aren't at all supposed to be pointless.

God gave each of us a purpose along with talents and skills to fulfil it.

Each of us have dreams,aspirations and things that we are naturally drawn and driven towards.

Life however is not necessarily a straight line.

Life is not always going to be a perfect fairytale.

Surprises aren't always welcome.

In both the highs and lows of life, we must remain focused on the purpose of our life,our personal goal, mission, assignment, talent, dream and not loose sight of it when we encounter obstacles.

Obstacles will always exist, the good news is  solutions also!

Success arrives once you overcame all the obstacles between you and your goal, obviously, if you are willing to roll up your sleeves.

The scripture above reminds us to work hard at being good individuals and in turn, we are rewarded with success.

God knows its not easy, which is why, he is always available to help us cross the finish line and to encourage us each step of the way.

I  therefore wish you a successful and blessed month filled with courage, positivity,focus , faith and discipline.
